About Us
We think if something is worth building, it’s worth building well. Alderman Construction serves the Triad of North Carolina, partnering with homeowners on thoughtful renovations, additions, custom new construction, and everything in between.
No two homes or homeowners are exactly alike, and we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to building. We take the time to understand what matters to you, from the vision and scope to the budget and timeline, then work together to find the right way forward.
As an owner-led company, we stay closely involved from the first conversation through the final details, working with a trusted team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors. Our approach is straightforward: do good work, communicate honestly, pay attention to the details, solve problems when they come up, and treat your home like it matters.
Whether we’re making what’s already there work better or starting from the ground up, the goal is the same: create something that looks good, works well, and is built to last.
Build Something Better.

Testimonials
“Ethan really listened to what we wanted and helped us figure out where to spend our money and where we could scale back. He was straightforward, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about getting the details right. The finished space feels like it was always meant to be part of our house.”
C. Snider
“You can tell they care about doing things the right way. There was never a sense of rushing through something just to check it off the list. The quality of the work and attention to the little things really shows.”
Anna Pulliam
“We came in with a wish list, a budget, and absolutely no idea how to make the two agree. Ethan helped us figure out what mattered most and found smart ways to make it work. He was honest about the budget and timeline, communicated when things changed, and always came to us with solutions instead of just problems. We ended up with an addition that works beautifully for our family and feels completely at home with the original house.”
